Welcome Fair
MedGames 2026 is excited to welcome you to our welcome fair!
Where : Sheraton Center, 4th floor (1201 René-Lévesque Blvd. West, Montreal, QC H3B 2L7)
When : January 2, 2026 from 09:40 to 16:30 (See the time slot allocated according to your delegation)
All participants must register their ticket at the welcome fair to receive their MedGames 2026 access bracelet.

You arrive at the Sheraton Center around the arrival time assigned on the following page.

Discover the booths of MedGames 2026 partners at the Welcome Fair. Take the time to talk to them; there will be prize draws and gifts on site!

You will receive your MedGames access bracelet and your participant bag containing exclusive MedGames items. Each participant must collect their own bracelet.

You can also collect your physical pre-sale alcohol tickets at the Welcome Fair.

Your delegation's bus will take you to the hotel or you can use your own means of transport to get to the hotel.
Below are the assigned orientation fair times for all programs at each university. If this schedule differs from the one provided to your student association representative, please follow their instructions.
*Guests holding a party ticket must check in at the welcome fair between 9:40 a.m. and 3:40 p.m.
